Great doctors, very bad customer Service .I called because I had something in my eye that needed to be removed, on the phone they told me it is going to cost $100, when I got there I asked again how much it is going to cost and they told me again $100 after seeing the doctor and removing the object from my eye they requested $195!? I was there for an hour trying to explain that I was told twice that the cost is $100 nothing helped and I had to pay the $195.The doctor was great

I went to Mann Eye because they are well known here in Austin but I was very disappointed. They are in an network provider for VSP but they weren't sure how to charge my insurance. As a result I was overcharged and have spent 3 months trying to correct it. If you call the local Austin number you are transferred to the billing department in Houston and I finally had to do a conference call with VSP and Mann Eye for them to realize their mistake. Of course I am still waiting for the refund which they say could take several more months. There are many great Austin companies out there but sadly this isn't one.

I've been going to Mann Eye Institute for the past 5 years now. As a person who's worn glasses for the past 35 years, I was impressed with their excellence. That was until this past experience where on September 11 of this year I had an eye exam and bought new glasses. I got the glasses back a week and half later and quickly realized the progressive part of the lens was wrong, they agreed and sent the lenses back for correction. Three weeks later I get the glasses back and they are correct. However, within a week, the right lens gets a long scratch while cleaning them which is odd considering these are Crizal lenses (have 3 older pair of these lenses and not one has a scratch on them). Mann Eye Institute agrees to send them off to be replaced and I get them back yesterday with new lenses...WITH THE PROGRESSIVE PART OF THE LENSES WRONG AGAIN!!! It is now November 20th, I bought those new glasses September 11th and as of now I won't have the correct lenses until probably December!!! I will NEVER go to Mann Eye Institute again.

The worst customer service ever. Things have changed since their great reputation from 2005! For weeks Ive been trying to get help with my contacts and also allergy eyes and this place is a complete put together! All about sales and NOT customer service!

Trash. Wish I could give 0 stars. I had written a good review years ago but they have gone down hill. NO PROPER documentation of my previous visit. Tried to beat around the bush when my request was simple. Cannot be bothered to pick up a phone despite me calling 3 times requesting a call back that day, as my matter was urgent. I will NEVER Be back. There is BETTER for the price you pay.
