When I arrived, I was informed that I had cancelled my appointment which I had not. They finally agreed to work me in. Doctor was in a rush and I feel that I didnt get a complete eye exam. Ive been to this doctor for years and have never been treaded like this.

The actual lasik went fine, but then just before the month-after followup, my husband was bedridden with eye discomfort. He came in and was told it was an entirely unrelated scratched cornea, though no trauma occurred that would have caused this. He had to just wait out three days in intense pain. Still woke up with recurring symptoms in the morning.Now it's been another month and the symptoms came back. We saw a different optometrist as we needed an immediate appointment close by due to the intense discomfort, and it turns out my husband now has recurrent corneal erosion caused by the lasik. This was not a complication we were warned of, and was misdiagnosed as a scratched cornea by mann eye on his follow-up. Now my husband is bedridden for the second time in two months in intense discomfort and pain, due to Mann Eye's negligence. If you manage to make it through recovery without complications, this place is probably fine, but if you need any sort of ongoing care or want reliable information about possible complications, avoid this place. I am outraged at this level of negligence with something as important and irreplaceable as our eyes.

The girl at the front desk who checks you in at the front desk has a real bad attitude problem, makes you feel very unwelcome as soon as you walk in the door. I took my daughter a few weeks ago for contacts and yesterday my wife took her in to get a fit test, and she experienced the same service from the same person. Last time I will be coming here, I would rather go down the street and pay for another exam and start over again than come back here. The rest of the staff including the doctor is very pleasant and welcoming but the the type of service you receive when you walk in the door overshadows that.

Doctors and tech were great. Front office staff is very snarky when you express frustration due to hidden charges they initially told you were covered under your insurance. Called my provider, they never reached out regarding coverages. Paid $85 for a single office visit.

Scheduled to have my lasik on march 29 ... and the front desk girl is very rude.. and seems frustrated. Doesnt greet you and makes it seem as though you as the patient are bothering her. Thinking of taking my business elsewhere due to this unwelcome feeling. She didnt even want to print my reciept! She wanted me to give her my money and not have record of it. To top it off she was rude about it as if she was collecting money from a person who owed her personal money and not someone who is paying it to the business.
