If I could give this business a negative 5 stars I would...I have always been treated poorly by a worker there named Jackie...to fix that issue I just refuse to ask him for help...I always wait to get help from another eye tech...Another thing, last week Monday, September 30, 2019, I fell and broke the arm off of my glasses. So I called, and called, and called, only to be told 2 separate lies...The 1st one was they were all in a meeting...everyone..in ALL Mann Eye Clinics in the area...so all day long I continued to call only to get the answering service. I finally talked to one lady at the answeing service who told me they were all closed for a Jewish holiday...why couldn't they have just told me that when I first called, instead of having me waste my day calling a place where no one was ever going to answer?? I have so many negative stories I could tell you, but this one is what I am currently dealing with...I went into Eye Excellence, Mann Eye, on last Tuesday to order some new frames...something told me on Thursday, October 3 to call my insurance company and find out had my new frames been shipped. I am glad I called them, because the frames hadn't even been ordered by Eye Excellence yet...Davis Vision got on the ball and called Eye Excellence to find out what the deal was. Afterwords, Davis Vision sent out the new framce last Thurday, October 3. Today, October 9th, I called Eye Excellence, only to be put on hold for 20 minutes, have a representative tell me that the eye techs were all with patients and couldn't come to the phone. I expained to her that I am a patient too, and I have been waiting for 9 days to get replacement frames, and I need to speak to someone now, especially since I had already been on the phone for 20+ minutes. I was finally sent over to Amanda, an eye tech, and she said let her go check...she was back on the phone in about 30 seconds to tell me know they didn't come in yet. I know the set up in their office, and there is no way she could have walked back to check on my frames in the short amount of time she put me on hold...We go to this office because they offer certain tests my husband needs because of diabetes...but I wouldn't recommend anyone go here unless you absolutely need too. As long as you are sitting in front of them, they will tell you what they think you want to hear, (with the exception of Jackie, who always has an arrogance and ego issue about him), but the minute you walk out, and have paid them, you get put on the back burner...

This place is wanting my husband to pay more for glasses that were too small for him. They should of fitted the frames to fit him not the other way around! My husband is not an optometrist, they need to do their job and fit people with correct frames. Now they are giving me the run around. And we still have no glasses! Very unsatisfied!

Went to pick up glasses today and the individual said We called you in August ONE time??? When fitted with glasses the stem was stretched out and he said its supposed to be that way but Ill work on it. Fifteen minutes later I asked what he was doing. I looked through the window and he was just standing there with his back to me. So my glass frames are not good quality and you want ME to come back later when you have time to play with them? Never again!

This place was recommended to me so I go online and schedule an appointment... A short time later I was contacted to confirm my appointment at 2:30 pm, gather my information, insurance and so on... At this time I am impressed with their customer service until an hour later I receive a call to reschedule my appointment..they have a unscheduled meeting from 11 to 2:30 and will be unavailable for my appointment... Really...Okay, I am confused my appointment is at 2:30 and now you can't see me until Saturday...What a waste of time!
