Nice people but incompetent. 2 years in a row they have given me the wrong prescription for my right eye. I have to go back for a 2nd appointment and have another pair of glasses made. When I called I also got hung up on when waiting to talk to someone. This cost me time an money and would not recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Schmidt canceled within one hour of my appointment twice when I was told it was an urgent follow up. Lack of respect for patients and their schedules.

They don't have samples in my Rx. It is not easy to make a decision on what is best for my eyes without the proper samples. When I asked for another brand, I had to make another appointment and pay more money. My other optometrist allowed trials so that I can decide what is best. When I explained the lens were uncomfortable, I had to make another appointment and pay money. Not happy at ALL.

Bad experience, I've been going to Mann eye for years for my safety glasses and contacts and I went to this one because it was closer but won't do that again. The guy who gave me the safety glasses didn't even check to make sure the lenses were in the glasses. They were missing one so I had to drive back during rush hour to get the lens that he had in his office. And to top it off the prescription is not correct. I have to go else where to get this fixed as I explained over and over that that they're wrong but they said keep trying them out they "should" get better.

After Lasik they take your money then drop you like a hot potatoTried to make several appointments after the fact.they act like they dont even know you .very sad
