    I had lasik surgery almost a year ago with them, until this day they have not been able to reimbursed me my money even thought my insurance already sent them a deposit. My insurance and I have tried to contact them many many time however, every single time the person in charged is not available. It's a shame how bad their customer service is overall they are great when you are a new patient but after that good luck. These clinics overall breaking contracts with insurance. Please be aware!!

    I went because years ago Dr Mann did my first surgery on my eyes !! Hear good and bad things since then!! Had an exam they made my first pair they are not right went back had them redo my exam! I told them first person run through it!! Sure enough there was a change !! Still waiting on second pair of glasses hopefully the Correct one then have to give these back and get them to fix these!! I am sick been trying to wear these till others come in!!because i lost the lens out of my original glasses so have to have some to half way see!! But they are making me sick!! They are real slow!! I paid over a $1000.00 dollars for 2 pair!! Im very upset!!

    Well after 50 years for eye appointments and ordering contacts this by far is the worst I have ever experienced. Examination equipment was dirty didn't wipe clean between uses. They put me in a trial pair told me how good they were and how easy they were to remove. Even quoted the price. I could not afford a years supply of them so ordered 90 day supply. We I went to pick them up they ordered something different. I was not going to pay $70.00 more for their mistake. They dont even care. Now I'm out of contacts and have to order from someone else. Never again Mann Eye is bad business.

    Do not go here. I was scheduled for an appointment today on May 24. I was told the power was out at their building. I was told that I would need to be rescheduled. They cannot reschedule me until the middle of June. Poor customer service. How can I trust them with my eyesight, if they cannot even get this right.
