I had my LASIK done with the Mann Eye Institute and now I'm back in glasses again. I hate wearing glasses. Because of LASIK I have extremely dry eyes and can't even wear contacts. I not satisfied with my results and wish I could get it done again. I also wish that I don't not have to wear glasses ever again. It's such an inconvenience to me. I am not a happy customer. I've tried everything they told me to do to get me back to a point where I can at least wear contacts but nothing is working for me!

Dr. and Staff in house were great, billing department was a nightmare. I made sure they were an S&W provider, the billing department could not connect with my insurance despite S&W and myself working overtime to make it happen. I followed up with Mann multiple times, Mann would always say the insurance claimed "there was no patient on file" even though my insurance showed the claim in process. Eventually I receive a threatening letter from Mann saying I had 10 days to pay or it would go to a collection agency. What a joke. Won't be going back.

First time at the location 10 minutes before my appointment at 9:10am. I then waited until 9:45am when I walked out. Only person there had me fill our new patient paperwork and then disappeared. Note there was only one other person in the waiting room but me. Absolute waist of time. You should not make appointments you cannot keep. If there is an unexpected emergency and this is the reason your customer is waiting then they should be informed. My time is as valuable as yours.I was referred by Mann Eyee Institute in Humble. I have never wait more than 15 minutes for you appointment.

I've been going to this location for several years. For some unknown reason they have lost all but two of my previous years records. They did not even have my most recent visit on record. They seem to overbook their appointments. After the initial assessments with a very nice technician, I was sat in a room with several other patients for a very long time. When I was finally pulled into an examination room, the doctor seemed to be in a hurry, only did a very brief contact fitting but not the usual eye exam that has always been done. She wrote my eyeglass and contact prescriptions based a previous prescription and what the technician had assessed. I'm just so confused because Mann Eye has always been so thorough and efficient. I left feeling like I had gone through the fast food drive through of eye care.
