I visited this clinic for a medical reason for my eye, not a vision test. The Dr burst into the room, started lecturing me in a raised voice about my vision. I told him I wear glasses when I drive. He never stopped. He called me a liar when I told him about the nerve damage, he said it was not true. He did not listen and was not interested in anything I had to say. He was so rude and offensive that I got up and walked out. He could have cared less and got in my daughters face and she is six months pregnant. Never go to Houston Eye Associates unless you want to be verbally and emotionally abused. This Drs. name is Elchahal and I am reporting him.

Dr. Noroozian deserves 5 star review however the administrative/billing office deserves ZERO STARS. Elizabeth in billing refused to let me speak to her manager Susan in regards to Keith charging my account twice totaling 981.60. Elizabeth refused to give me Mia (the first name she gave me) or Angelica's work email address to formally communicate my issue with a manager in writing. I also work in healthcare and any time a patient has a complaint ALL of managements work contact information is giving in order to fix any issue and please the patient. Also, when I asked to speak to Elizabeth manager Susan she instead transfer me to Angelic's voicemail. Very unprofessional. Please BEWARE of the billing department and their unprofessional behavior.

The two assistanta were very friendly and compassionate. The doctor on the other hand was the rudest most arrogant unprofessional disdainful person I ever met! He has no business being a doctor. He treated me like a piece of trash. He looked at my eye and dismissed me sending me to the ER with sticky note. What a horrible human being. Dr Mann is not a good person.

There for 75 minutes and spent 45 minutes waiting.Arrived early to fill out paperwork, waited 10 minutes after appt time to then start prelims.20 minutes in had to wait another 10 minutes.10 minutes later I was then waiting again, this time for 25 minutes. I got up and left the office, letting them know that my time is just as valuable as theirs.On the plus side, I got home and Jeremy called to apologize profusely. He scheduled me to finish with the Dr later today. So we'll see how this goes the 2nd time.
