Can't even get a call back to set up an appointment. I've already called three times.

Thanks to Mann Eye Institute, my vision is ruined for life. I walked in with 20/20 vision with glasses, I left with awful blurred vision. I complained at my first follow visit the next morning and every visit after. I was told "you have blended vision, it will take time". Nope, a year later my right eye is still blurry and I'm screwed. Thanks Mann Eye!!DO NOT have your eyes done here. I fully believe in corrective vision, just not from this company. They bring everyone in on Friday morning and just herd people through like cattle. It's all about the $$$$ folks not the customer care.

Contrary to the comment left by business owner, Dina O., I have not been contacted.

While our initial visits here were satisfactory, a recent experience has left my partner and I unwilling to return here. I had ordered contact lenses and when they came in my partner offered to pick them up for me. Before making the trip, she called the office to confirm that she would be able to pick up the lenses on my behalf. When my partner arrived at the office, the receptionist said that she was not sure that I existed, and that she didn't know whether my partner was actually my personal assistant. Given that we had both been in previously for exams and lenses, these comments were particularly hard to make sense of. My partner was taken aback by the comments and left with the lenses, then later called and discussed the interaction with the optometrist, Dr. Beavers. My partner expressed that the comments were disrespectful and that she felt personally attacked. Dr. Beavers said that he would speak to the receptionist.Late the next day, after no further contact, I went in and spoke to the receptionist myself, informing her that her words were hurtful, and that she had made the 'joke' at my partner's expense. She stated that the statement had been meant as a compliment, and I asked her to please call and apologize to my partner.Later, my partner received a brief call in which the receptionist merely stated that she was calling to apologize, offering no explanation for her comments. There was no expression of remorse or understanding, but instead an air of obligation. While I dont care to speculate why she chose to treat my partner this way, the receptionists impudent comments and lackluster apology left my partner and I with bad tastes in our mouths. As I said, while the optometry was satisfactory, this experience was incredibly uncomfortable, and we will not be returning. One would expect the first person you see when you walk in the door to be respectful toward clients, but this was far from the impression we were left with Mann Eye Institute.
