I have been taking my family here for 2 yrs.! (Everything USE TO BE Great; When it was "20/20") I Always received Good, Fast, & Helpful service! By Competent Employees, with Excellent Customer Service Skills. HOWEVER!!`(when it changed to "MannEye2")... *A gradual, Disasterous, downward spiral Begain!! The New Manager, has a self-righteousness, arrogant, attitude, with the most Outrageous & Unprofessional Behavior I have ever Experienced!! I was Appalled by his, "Passive-Agressive" & CONDESCENDING Mannerism!!`(#Unbelievable!) PLUS!!, NOW.... They give ZERO warranty on their Frames!! Absolutely!! "If you have kids?", & Get glasses There!!` Good Luck!!! ALSO!!! "I am a Cash Paying Customer-NO Insurance!!". If you are in a similar situation, I Can Recommend A GREAT PLACE!! That'll Work With You!! Have EXCELLENT PRICES!! (Exams, Frames,WARRANTIES!!, Etc.!!),

I've been to this location 3 times... Not that they'd remember.. I called in to let them know I'd literally be a few minutes late because of my GPS reroute. Fine. I for there no one was there I stood at our got a while and finally their lab tech or other doctor... Not. Sure.. Told someone I was there. They still never came or greeted me for my appointment (on My lunch break mind you) and so I wandered to the back and someone finally paid attention iOnly went here despite their crappy service at this location because I had the Groupon for the $29 eye exam.Does include contacts which I needed... Extra 70... This brings it higher then walmart vision which I've done for years and includes both prescriptions plus a trial pair which they always have to order anywhere i for which is fine but every other optometrist gives me the closest pair from their wall to get me throughNope not here.. I had even asked the lady before i went in. Anyway they finished and I wanted to look at the frames since the Groupon includes $200 towards glasses. Again no one helped me until I practically forced the person to help me. Glasses are so marked up it's a scam... Just go to Warby Parker. I can get really amazing quality frames in better styles, thin lenses, glare control and no scratch costing for less then what they were trying to scam me out of and this is with the "$200" discount. What a joooooooke. Horrible customer service. Wish I had taken that 30 bucks groupon loss and went to a better company. This location is always bad.

Awful experience! Dr Wright put the wrong lens in one eye. I went back in to discuss and they said I could pay $1000 and they would fix it.

My experience with the doctors and the clinic has been great. Unfortunately, I decided to use the optical department to order some glasses. The selection with Ashley was great and then the service went downhill from there.I ordered my glasses July 21 and I still don't have them and they don't know where they are. I had to miss work one day because they have inconvenient hours and the glasses were missing a piece.I decided to get them shipped because I couldn't miss more work. On the 5th of September I was was told they were on delivery by fed ex. Today I called fed ex and they said they hadn't received amything. I've never had a worse experience getting glasses.

Had a horrible experience with the woman who collected credit card in the front desk. She messed up with my order and VSP plan, and pretended that she fixed it when I went pick up after a two hour wait. She was rude and had bad attitude when it was totally her fault. And then I got a bill afterwards, finding out that she have not fixed it at all. And now I had to call and waste my time further! Don't go to Eye Excellence if you don't want to deal with this person!
