    It was OK. I did alot of waiting. First visit, I waited over an hour. I ended up rescheduling as I needed to get to work.When I arrived for my reschedule at 8:15. I was called and did the preexam. Once completed, I waited in the room for about 15 minutes. Saw another doctor, that I didnt schedule, but she was friendly enough. After the exam, she ask if I wanted Dr. Mann to pop in and say hi. I declined.Felt like communication is lost. Clients want explanation of the testing they pay for....even in screenings. How did my eyes look other than not to dry? I did the Optomap....did you see anything? How about letting client know that the person, they made an appointment with wont be seeing them?Seems ok but not worth the wait.

    It was a great visit. I was able to make an appointment with a date not too far. The log-in etc. process was efficient, the doctor wait time was short and the doctor herself was very informative, understanding and knowledgeable. I recommend Dr. Pope and Mann Eye Clinic. I just wish parking instructions were a little more clear.

    Update:Management from Houston called. She was very apologetic and sincere. She took the time to hear what had happened, and she made things right. I am very satisfied with this type of customer service, and I will be returning to complete my Lasik procedure.Came in for my pre-op at 10:15 am. Arrived 15 minutes early, 10:00 am. Waited 55 minutes. My wife and I were the first to arrive in the office, yet everyone who showed up after was attended to. Very displeased and disappointed.

    I had an excellent experience @ Mann Eye . From the front desk check in, to the work up tech , to the doc and the check out. All of it was fantastic and everyone was so great. I hadnt been to this eye doc in years since I got lasik but went for a normal checkup and I wont go anywhere else from here on out.
