Once again I received excellent care from the team of friendly technicians and Dr. Brunson. I even required a little extra help understanding my insurance coverage and between their staff and my insurance agent, we were able to iron that out when I arrived for my appointment. They went above and beyond. The care and attention I receive not only give me confidence in their diagnosis and recommendations for my eyes, but also that I understand payment for their care, which can be very confusing and anxiety inducing.

After hearing about my dissatisfaction with the service I had received, I was personally contacted by the office manager. She was extremely apologetic about my experiences and understanding about my frustrations. In response, she did everything in her power to help me get seen in the next few days by a different provider. I was given the first appointment slot of the day and subsequently seen in a very timely manner by Dr. Binder. Dr. Binder was very helpful, kind, and prompt at my appointment. Since then, I have made sure to book only the 1st appointment of the morning or after lunch. At these appointments I have been treated very well by everyone, including the front desk and techs, and I get seen in a very reasonable amount of time. I really appreciate the staff taking the time and energy to make amends and demonstrate good customer service.

Dr. Barker and all the staff was very courteous and precise in their patient care. Little waiting keeping me informed of next step of my appointment. I thank them for they serve me and my wife.

If you have to get your eyes checked, go here. The whole staff are professional and know their business. I've been going to Dr. Jhaver for over twenty years and she's seen me through all the ups and downs. Recently, I've needed both eye glasses and prescription sunglasses and Amanda has been invaluable to me. She knows exactly what will work for me and my particular prescription and what will look good too. She's a pleasure to work with and has endless patience. All in all, I would highly recommend this office.
