This is the worst clinic. The staff and office manager are unprofessional,provide conflicting information, don't return calls or emails. I paid $300 dollars for the pre-op tests for Cataract surgery, was scheduled for July 5th. No call the day prior to the surgery or on the morning of the surgery. When I called the clinic, I was told that the surgery had been canceled. When I complained to the office manager he reported that the regional office would call. Now, the office won't take my calls or return calls.I paid out of pocket for the pre-op tests. This office is going to keep the fee's that I paid and won't provide a copy of my test results. So, I've lost $ 300 dollars to this clinic. In my opinion Dr. Mann is a awful doctor that focuses on making money and stealing from the patients. Don't support this awful clinic.

Had a great experience with Dr Beavers and team getting my updated prescription. I did have to ask for the retinal imaging instead of being dilated, which my previous doc always did without question. No one was really available to help me pick out frames while there, so I just ordered elsewhere. Will return to Mann Eye in future.**Update: Needed to tweak my prescription and Dr Beavers and team were super helpful and worked with me again to get it just right. I did work with the Optician to pick out some glasses, thinking I'd have better service here than what I got ordering online. Was shocked to find the prices for lenses were SO high (frames seemed typical price, and I kept it as cheap as I could), but went ahead and decided to order.After sleeping on it, decided that almost $1000 is too much for glasses and called to cancel the order. Was then told over the phone that there's a 20% fee for cancelling the order once it started, which hadn't been outlined to me in the ordering process.Again, the doctor and team at Mann Eye are great, but I will likely purchase my glasses elsewhere in future.

Schedule was running 20-30 minutes behind. It was one of those mornings. It happens. No worries. Once my RN procedure was done, I was quite happy with everything!
