I went to Mann Eye for lasik. It was a very organized process, and I felt they were incredibly thorough with examining my eyes prior to surgery and after. The cost is laid out at the beginning, and there are no surprise costs as you follow up post surgery. Everyone I encountered was friendly, and I am SO glad I got lasik!! The only negative: sometimes they were pretty busy and it felt like musical chairs when getting the pre-lasik exam work done. I did have to wait a few minutes at most visits, but nothing unbearable. Overall, I would recommend Mann Eye.

I've been to this location 3 times... Not that they'd remember.. I called in to let them know I'd literally be a few minutes late because of my GPS reroute. Fine. I for there no one was there I stood at our got a while and finally their lab tech or other doctor... Not. Sure.. Told someone I was there. They still never came or greeted me for my appointment (on My lunch break mind you) and so I wandered to the back and someone finally paid attention iOnly went here despite their crappy service at this location because I had the Groupon for the $29 eye exam.Does include contacts which I needed... Extra 70... This brings it higher then walmart vision which I've done for years and includes both prescriptions plus a trial pair which they always have to order anywhere i for which is fine but every other optometrist gives me the closest pair from their wall to get me throughNope not here.. I had even asked the lady before i went in. Anyway they finished and I wanted to look at the frames since the Groupon includes $200 towards glasses. Again no one helped me until I practically forced the person to help me. Glasses are so marked up it's a scam... Just go to Warby Parker. I can get really amazing quality frames in better styles, thin lenses, glare control and no scratch costing for less then what they were trying to scam me out of and this is with the "$200" discount. What a joooooooke. Horrible customer service. Wish I had taken that 30 bucks groupon loss and went to a better company. This location is always bad.

As i have gotten older i now need glasses. I was nervous and overwhelm with all of the choices and scared of the exam. And it went great. The tech was sweet and understanding. The doctor was very helpful and guided me thur the process. But best of all was "Eric". I tried on 100 pair of glasses. He was caring, honest, patient and helpful as i tried to pick the perfect pair. I had a groupon to use which is why i went here. Glad i did. He then explained my different options but did not push the more expense deal. This was such a good experience i would recommended it to everyone. They have me as a customer for life!
