i thoroughly enjoyed my visit today at Mann Eye! Holly at the front desk was so sweet & welcoming for my first visit. i felt very comfortable the entire time i was there during my exam. the doctors were friendly & helpful. i'm very happy to have found this great eye doctor in Sugarland.

I went for a consultation and everything from the check-in to check-out was fantastic. They called me back fairly quickly and performed several eye test. All the staff were super friendly, informative, and ready to answer any questions I had. I will be going for my procedure next month and expect to have the same experience.They only thing I would suggest is that they be sure to inform you that your consultation will involve dilation. I have not had my eyes dilated in 10 plus years so it never crossed my mind to ask or to expect it. I had a hard time with driving because my sunglasses were not dark enough, so much so that I had to pull over and wait a little while to be able to see decently against the sun.

no wait time, i got an appointment within a day, front desk staff was so nice, the optometrist was super nice and knowledgeable then the lady that helps pick out glasses and lens was wonderful. Just a great experience all the way

The office isnt easy to find. When you finally enter, they greet you well, and the doctor is friendly. However, the glasses are pretty expensive for what you are getting. $350 for plain nine west brand and just a basic prescription. I waited about 4-5 weeks for my glasses! First the lady who takes care of the ordering said they came in scratched. I had recieved a call to come pick them up and nobody bothered to call back and say they were being sent back due to said scratch. Furthermore she later says she called me to pick up the new pair but nobody answered. I tried calling them for almost a week and i would just get put on hold. Today I finally decided to call and hang up until someone picked up. They finally did and she said she had proof she called me. says she wrote it down on a note Sounds to melike excuses for delayed service. Anyway, I am finally getting my eyeglasses today. I will be looking for an new place to take care of my vision needs. And will not be recommending this place to any of my friends nor family.
