Surgery was great. 1 year post follow up which is required in the event you need any adjustment. Apparently it is not included in the post op surgery (only up to 6 months after). They also wont tell you that until you show up for your appointment. I do not recommend go anywhere else. I hope they step on a Lego barefoot.

Update: Since posting my review, I received a call from the office manager who apologized for the misunderstanding and offered to discount the charges. After some discussion she was able to file a claim on my vision coverage. I appreciate that they made the effort to correct the situation.The Livingston location filed on my medical insurance and refused to correct and rebill my vision insurance. Their excuse was the service was 6 months old, but according to my medical and vision coverage they have 12 months to adjust a claim. When my insurance company called to explain the correction options the office manager refused to comply. I had no issues at the time of service and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I will no longer use their service when they refuse to correct or admit they made a mistake in billing.
