    I went there because I misplaced my glasses and needed the annual eye check up. I was so impressed by the professionalism from beginning to end of my appointment. I wanted a certain type of framed This location out of all the of the clinics had them. Ashley Williams was the person that helped me. She took her time and gave me genuine feedback on which frames would fit me and my lifestyle. Very knowledgeable of her department. When you go there, I garunteee your experience will be as delightful as mine.

    Not a great first experience. 2.5 hours for an initial exam and consultation. Lots of waiting, multiple times for each portion of the visit, even though there was never more than two other patients in the waiting room. The office was in disarray, and they tried to do part of my exam in the waiting room! At the end, when I had to ask twice for my exam results, I was told their printer isn't working, and they'd mail them. On the plus side, the doctor seemed very knowledgeable and took his time going over options. I may very well have a procedure done there in spite of a less than stellar first impression. Oh, one other thing: I got an email from them asking to take a survey to give them feedback. It then takes you to a simple question: would you recommend us to a friend? If you answer yes it takes you to public review sites, if no it asks you to tell them directly what they can improve. My fear is that's why they have such high reviews...Also, the last person they had me wait in the waiting room to see was their money guy. He straight up lied to me about how much they usually charge for the procedure we were discussing. He said they were offering me a discounted promotional price but the price being offered was the same as their normal rate that at least two other people paid for their procedures at vastly different times. And no cash discount vs. their 18 month no interest financing since it was a promotional rate (which doesn't make sense anyway.)Update: It's been almost two weeks since my visit and I still haven't received the test results they promised to mail so I felt compelled to knock off another star (from 3 to 2). When I called in to inquire, the operator sent me to someone's voicemail...Update 2: They gave me a contact lens to take home to approximate how well I'd see after the procedure. It's not much better than I see without anything, and absolutely still need reading glasses. Definitely won't be getting the procedure done there!

    Dr. Wright was wonderful. He put me at ease about my concerns of a problem I have had with my eyes. He laid out all of my options and gave his recommendations. I waited about 20 minutes but this included filling out first time paperwork, so not bad. The secretary was very pleasant and helpful at check in and checkout. I would recommend Dr Wright to anyone and this location in Katy at Westgreen was very convenient for me to get to.

    I have always had great service from the staff at this location however this past time Ashlley Williams the optician truly went above and beyond to help me.<br><br>I broke the last pair of glasses that I had and Ashlley put a rush on them for me. When they came in everything was great...until I walked outside and noticed that they did not include the transition lenses. I called her on the phone and she ordered me a new pair at no cost, you would expect that. She told me that I could keep the incorrect lenses and then she asked if I wanted to just have a whole new set done including the frames and that way I would have 2 pairs of glasses. So I ended up with getting the second pair for just the cost of the frames and now I have 2. Almost buy one get one. <br><br>It is this kind of customer service that is so lacking in the society today.
