I Had a Great Experience there. Very Nice Ladies with smiles that took the time to answer my questions (as if I was somebody). Very good people there, nice environment Definitely will be back.

Mann Eye Institute is incredible. I have seen Dr Wright for the past 3 years and I would not go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Mann Eye Institute.

Absolutely the worse experience of my life. Very rude and unprofessional. I drove 40 mins to get to the office and hit a wreck right before I came into Cleveland, I tried calling over and over to let them know Id be at the most 5 mins late with no answer I arrived there with my mother Because she was watching my son. As we walked in the doctor was walking out. The staff informed me that she was the one I just passed up while walking in, they were extremely rude and told me next time Ill learn to be on time or call and let them know. She said she wasnt going to wait anymore because it had been 5 mins. I then asked for the managers number as they refused to give it to until I finally demanded it. She then said well its not like we call the # maam. I said I dont care you get me the # or Ill find it myself. I am completely in shock of the fact the doctor would walk by me without caring and leave then to follow the staff saying well your our last appt of the day so she left and were closing. They are suppose to close at 5pm but it was only 3:50..... I will never in my life go here again and Ill make sure their management knows the way I was treated.
