I had a wonderful experience my first time there. I showed up 1 hour before my appointment and they still fit me in and were extremely nice and easy to talk to. Told me everything that was going on and made my decision for LASIK even easier.

If I could give a negative star, trust me I would. This place is a joke ! You may be wondering did i do my research yes i did. When you see reviews you think well it sounds good. Well that's where they got me. Here i am writing this review to let you know all the nonsense they put you through. First of all I paid cash. No insurance, Medicaid or Medicare. They sure don't complain about taking your money. They never explain to you that you will have to be convenient to the doctors schedule. I got Lasik July 2020. Great i can see, well not exactly. I was having trouble with my right eye and i'm still having trouble. Here we are January 2021. Mind you they offer a 2 year coverage if you have to get any adjustments. Well its been about 6 months. I have not been able to see well out of my right eye since the surgery. They have switched my eye drops 3 times. Then they finally decided to put me on medicated eye drops. After 3 different eye drops and a eye cream Dr. Paul Mann stopped seeing me and made me see Dr. Braunson. I figured since he can't figure out what's going on with my eye. Dr. Braunson and his staff are very nice. Dr. Braunson actually takes the time to explain what he sees in my eye. For Dr. Paul Mann, I believe he just does the surgeries and hopes that he doesn't have to see you again. That's how I felt. After my 1 day one week, one month follow up. I was literally waiting there 25 minutes to be seen by Dr. Paul Mann for 3 minutes. Just for him to tell me "oh your eye is dry" try these drops etc. I guess he thought the matter was going to resolve itself. Well it didn't and hasn't I'm here still not seeing well. My point to this is to let you know that they will only make you feel welcome when you are about to get your Lasik done. Once they are done, your on your own. I have done everything in my power to try to fix the dryness they are supposedly seeing in my eye. Well when you go to the office half the time the check in equipment doesn't work. The girl in the front with long black hair that looks to be 12, always flirts with any man that walks in. Here i am trying to check in and the machines isn't working. I check in manually. Sit there for 25 minutes, she then wants to tell me "My son is in the back" excuse me no, i don't have a son thats in the back. Im here for myself. She then goes and checks the computer and said i never checked in. Yes i did. Then said oh you checked into the machine thats not working. Well if you would of told me that instead of flirting with every man walking in i would of know. Oh any while checking in they are suppose to give you these red laminated sheets so there front office staff can sanitize the chairs. Well do they give you one no, they assume you should pick them up and they are placed behind the log in station. I went once and all the chairs were occupied with these papers that they have not been cleaned. With 3 people up front talking and not doing there job. You would expect them to take this virus serious. Then when i called to let them know that i was still not seeing properly they would always say they would let the doctor know. I never got a call back. The last time i called was for Dr. Braunson to let him know that the eye drops he gave me where 800 dollars and no i do not have insurance and if the eye drops are still not going to fix my dryness there is no point for me to make that kind of expense. Well when i called i spoke to Nick and he said he would let Dr. Braunson know. Well did he probably not because I never received a phone call from anyone. I had a follow up appointment AGAIN !!! Not to forget we are in a Pandemic and i have 2 kids that are virtual. Well they act like they can't schedule any appointments late afternoon. I was scheduled to have my Lasik adjustment today and I specifically asked Needa to have a late appointment because my children are virtual, I work from home and my husband is the only one that can drive me home. Mind you Neda scheduled me for 2:30 pm. Then i get a call from her 01/28/2021 and she asked me if i could go in at 1:45 and i told her no. I needed a late appointment as possible. She then went on and stated that if i could make it by 1:45, i told her once again i need late as possible. She then went ahead and continued to state she will leave my appointment as is. I said ok, well they have one of the girls in the office call me this morning stating that they have appointments available around 11:30 and i was more than welcome to come in early. I told her no, i'm scheduled for 2:30. Then she went ahead and told me that no, my appointment was at 1:45. I was livid. They know since i went in last week Jan 20th that i needed a late appointment. Needa called and stated that Dr. Paul Mann had a emergency come up. Well I find it ironic that he had an emergency come up. They have been trying to get me to come in early all week. Now all of a sudden according to Needa Dr. Paul Mann can't do any Lasik later than 12:30 anyday.
