The staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Turk is really great! She listens to my concerns, explains things thoroughly, and answers my questions.

I arrived more than 20 minutes early, and was able to quickly verify all my file information at the front desk. I was allowed to wait until my scheduled appointment time in a comfortable room, but 2 patients came expecting to be feed "warm" chocolate chip cookies from a microwave. The day's cookie supply had been depleted by 2pm. My pre-examination went well with a polite and thorough technician. She checked my visual acuity, my prescription lens accuracy, and measured the eye pressure after dilation. We went to wait to see Dr. Green, and only waited about 5 minutes. The doctor was thorough, efficient, and even showed me the internal photographs of my eyes and explained what the future outlook was for my vision barring any unforeseen catastrophe. We finished and went to be shown the lens options, but I elected not to buy new lens since there was not any real change in the prescription. We did discover that the "Crizal" lens coating was worn and showing signs of deterioration that could not be repaired. The optician was quite thorough, and found all possible insurance discounts for my lens purchase, but I still declined to spend over $650 for new progressive polycarbonate, coated lens. Good for another year.
