EVERYONE in this office is so kind and makes you feel comfortable. Sarah made sure I understood every step and made it so easy to schedule. Dr. Wright was amazing! He explained every step during the procedure and also did my fathers cataract surgery. Best decision Ive ever made!!

I had LASIK done here in early 2019. Myself and 3 friends all had it done within a couple months of each other. The girl who is in charge of giving you the cost, setting up the procedure, answering your questions, etc asked each of us who we were referred by. We all used the previous friend as a referral. She told every one of us that for the referral, we each would be receiving a Visa gift card for doing so. A year later and NONE of us have received anything. On top of that, they tell you that they want to see you at 6 months post LASIK, then again at 1 year to ensure everything is fine. When they contacted me to schedule the 1 year check up, they asked for insurance info. When I asked why, they informed me that there will be a charge for the visit. $4000 Lasik procedure and now they want more $ to spend a few minutes looking at my eyes and telling me everything is perfect, which is what the 6 month checkup was. This place is nothing more than a money machine. They tell you everything you want to hear up front. Referral fees, etc..The consultant girl (or whatever her title is) flat out lies to people. They have no intentions on paying any kind of referral. It's all a sales ploy. And no, a $75 gift card isn't much compared to the thousands spent on LASIK. It's the principal. I don't like being lied to by someone I am doing business with. To top it all off, the LASIK was a waste of money for me. It was great for the first few months but a year later it's no different than I was before the procedure..I knew there was a chance of this going in so I do not blame Mann for that. They just left a bad taste in my mouth with their lies and deceptions. On a positive note, I will say that everyone I dealt with was very friendly.

I highly recommend this place. Everyone is always extremely pleasant and eager to please. They also helped me after I had shoulder surgery and couldn't put my own contacts in. For several months after my surgery, I could just stop by and they would put my contacts in for me. This really helped me a lot
