    First off, the ladies at the front desk for check in were so friendly and accommodating. I unfortunately was late to my appointment, things were out of my hands - yet they still found a way to make things work. I am very grateful, because it was still my responsibility as a patient to make sure I arrive on time. Definitely advise completing your intake forms online and getting your insurance verified. prior, because that helped me!The whole floor office is spacious and clean. There is plenty of seating areas so that you can feel safe if uncomfortable, plus they honor mask wearing!My ophthalmic technician was able to help right away and pre-tested me with great ease. Also, super nice guy!Meeting Dr. Noorzian was actually my favorite part of the whole experience. Not only was she able to educate me each step during my eye exam, but I felt that I could trust her instantly. During my contacts fitting, she made sure to give me a few options to test before committing to a large supply. Please book your exam with her, because she is one of the most thorough, sweetest optometrists I have ever met. She really cares about her patients and is super approachable if you have further questions.The only thing that bothered me was at check out. I specifically declined the retinal imaging online and could not partake in dilation due to going back to work right after. Regardless, I definitely encourage either choice to fully understand the health of your eyes. For my situation - I just did not want to consent if it was an extra cost or not covered by insurance given any special case. I explained this to the check out lady, but all she could do is ask but did you get the photos taken though?. It made me feel unheard, because yes - they were taken but I did NOT ask for it. I did not want to continue to stress a small matter with her, because all she seemed to care about was grabbing money. I get it, everything is a business after all .. but pretty disheartening. The least she could have done was confirm with someone else or take a look at my consent forms.If I had chosen at my will, then that would have been a different story - 100% patient responsibility.

    This is the worst clinic. The staff and office manager are unprofessional,provide conflicting information, don't return calls or emails. I paid $300 dollars for the pre-op tests for Cataract surgery, was scheduled for July 5th. No call the day prior to the surgery or on the morning of the surgery. When I called the clinic, I was told that the surgery had been canceled. When I complained to the office manager he reported that the regional office would call. Now, the office won't take my calls or return calls.I paid out of pocket for the pre-op tests. This office is going to keep the fee's that I paid and won't provide a copy of my test results. So, I've lost $ 300 dollars to this clinic. In my opinion Dr. Mann is a awful doctor that focuses on making money and stealing from the patients. Don't support this awful clinic.
