Dr. Odette is horrible. She always messes up something with my Rx (forcing me to take more time off of work and drive all the way back to the medical center); She doesn't listen to what you want; She finds ways to charge you for ridiculous things. The receptionists are rude and talk to you like you're stupid, even if they're the ones who make a mistake. My most recent visit, I asked Dr. Odette not to change my Rx's because I was seeing fine with them, and she changed them anyway. I didn't notice this until I got my glasses and contacts back (from a non-Eye Excellence place), and I had a lot of trouble trying to get the Rx corrected at EE. The technician who "helped" me was arguing with me over the phone and kept telling me that I never told Dr. Odette to keep my old Rx and that "she didn't even change it by that much".<br><br>After 5 years of being a patient here, I will not be returning.

I am now back to seeing Dr. Gallia. Her care is unchanged, as I expected, and her staff is excellent and knowledgeable. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else for eye care.I went to Dr. Gallia for almost 20 years, but the last few years I have been a patient of Dr. Lahmeyer. They are both very professional, knowledgeable doctors who not only show great care to their patients but also mentor eyecare professionals who are learning. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are just as caring as the doctors.

It was time for our family to have our annual eye appointments. Can't let those high insurance premiums go to waste!! We decided to try some place new for the kids and brought them here. From the time we called to make the appointments, to the time we checked out after the appointments, we received stellar service. It was a first appointment for my daughter. She was a little nervous, but that went away quickly after dealing with the friendly staff. Dr. Taylor was really thorough and explained everything that was going on. As far as the eyeglass selection goes, it was slightly lacking. Other than that, great service and great doctor.
