Gave an extra star because the facility itself and most of the staff are very nice, but man(n), do I regret going here for Lasik. About a year after I had it done, my vision started to deteriorate. I called to set up an appointment, but their first available appointment was about 13 months after my procedure, so they wouldn't cover anything, since adjustments are only covered for 12 months after Lasik. In fact, they wanted to charge me extra because it was not my first time getting Lasik. After I had it done for the second time, the same thing happened about a year later. I can't afford to pay for Lasik again so I'm just outta luck. They claim it's incredibly rare to even need one adjustment, but I wish I had gone to one of the many places that cover adjustments for life. It's really unfortunate.Edit: despite their response, Mann Eye never reached out to me. Disappointing but not surprising.

Starting with the consultation to the LASIK surgery, it was a very good experience. All of the staff were nice and professional. Dr. Morello and Dr. Wright were very informative about all questions. The surgery was really quick and easy. Will recommend to friends and family.
