    Very professional team. All the staff were very knowledgeable of all the services and did a great job at making me feel really comfortable about the whole visit. I'd like to thank Angela at the surgical care center and Dr. Chin and her staff for a great experience.

    The staff is nice and competent and I was generally happy with my Lasik experience. I chose this team over Berkeley eye because they did the entire surgery in one place (you have to swap beds from flap cutter to zapper at Berkeley), they could get me in ASAP, and they were within walking distance from my house. I did most of my follow ups with Dr. Brunson, who I would recommend to everyone for eye care. A few months after the surgery when my left eye wasn't perfect (small astigmatism) he gave me room to make my own decision on whether I wanted to have them do a (free within 2 years) touch up. luckily it got a little better on its own by about 14 months so I don't need to go back under the lasers.<br><br>So why only three stars? Well, the wait times can be atrocious for regular eye exams, Dr. Mann (the younger) comes off as a used car salesman for lasik, and Dr.Chin was a little too pushy to not get a lasik touch up when my left eye wasn't perfect after 6 months, "does it really bother you that much?" is unacceptable leading. The Lasik business lady is nice but feels a little too polished/fake and a little too much of a wheeler-dealer for my tastes. As far as I could tell, the cost for Lasik is always 3800 dollars, after VSP and whatever promotion they have going at the time. Also my goal of not paying for eye insurance in the future was foiled when they told me they expect me to come in for an eye exam every year. 14 months after Lasik my eyes are healthy, so they'll see me again in 2019 or so.

    So far I have been very disatisfied with the service. I am on the phone now waiting for someone to pick up ( they don't close for another half hour). At last someone has answered. They have lenses but have no idea where the frames are. These glasses were supposed to be ready 10 days ago. Service was terrible from the moment I stepped in the door and stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to attend to me. After my eye exam I selected frames only to be told that their computers were down and I could not order my glasses. The girl told me she would call me the next day to confirm if their computers were back up. I never got a call. I called and did not get a live person, left a message and number, no call back. Called again the next day and was told the computers were back up. Returned to their centre and ordered my 2 pairs of glasses. Was told the pair being manufactured onsite would be ready by the 11th. Today they are saying the lenses have not been sent, but they have the frames. On the second pair under insurance they say the lenses have arrived but they have no frames and do not know what is happening with the frames. This is ridiculously bad service.Call back with clarification the lenses for the glasses being made on site, the lenses were there but had been put in the wrong bin. They can manufacture one pair of glasses for me for pick up tomorrow. Still don't know what is happening with the second pair of glasses from insurance. The right hand does not seem to know what the left hand is doing in this establishment. Thank you to Monique for at least rushing one pair of glasses through for me.

    The staff and doctors were very nice, helpful and professional. I arrived for my appointment on time and was seen in a timely manner. I will going there for all of my eye care needs.
