I had Lasik surgery in early January at Mann Eye and was quite nervous heading into the procedure. However, the entire staff was more than willing to answer any question I had, and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. Roland was quite helpful and very clear about the procedure, cost, and what to expect. Alyssa was my technician, and she was outstanding! She answered all my questions, and discussed the pre-op/post-op tests in detail with me. I saw Dr Barker for my pre-op appointment and he took the time to discuss my numerous questions and put my mind at ease. The procedure itself was easy and pain-free. It took only a minute or two, which was much faster than I anticipated. Dr. Cessac called me the evening of the procedure to see how I was doing and make sure everything was okay. I was given clear written post-op instructions and contact info in case I had any questions or concerns. I never felt alone during the recovery process, which was comforting. My follow-up appointments have been quick and easy. Dr. Barker and Alyssa have been great, and have explained why my eyes have been dry and what I should expect between then and my next appointment. Two months out and I am extremely pleased with my Lasik surgery, and even more happy I chose Mann Eye to perform the surgery! I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I've been researching lasik for years and decided this was the year I would follow through. After making appointments at 3 other locations, I chose Mann eye because everyone was super friendly and helpful and I could get it done the fastest through them. Looking back that should have been the first red flag, but I'm young and was excited. My surgeon, Dr. Barker, was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and walked me through the entire procedure. I'd also like to say thank you to Roland, who was very supportive and helpful in answering questions as well. Most of my issues with Mann eye have come after I paid for my procedure. I spoke with the receptionist as I was paying, saying I was feeling pretty nervous and wished my boy friend could sit with me. She stated that while he couldn't, she'd be more then happy to come sit with me and help explain the procedure. She never showed. Afterward she stated I looked so comfortable she didn't wanna interrupt me, but I would have appreciated a" hey how you holding up? Still want me to hang out with you?" Instead of just being a complete no show. I received no follow up calls that day of surgery to check in as others have stated. And have gotten calls now for EVERY SINGLE post op check in to be rescheduled. I'm extremely disappointed in their after care, and while yes I'm not blind or suffering from crippling dry eye, I feel that all I am to Mann eye is a bunch of dollar signs, and once they have your money, they'll toss you aside while accommodating patients who haven't swiped a card yet. This procedure is 100% elective, and based on my post-op care I would not recommend Mann eye.

Just had my annual exam at Eye Excellence. Again impressed with the staff here. The selection of frames are great. Minimal wait time.

Sometimes excellent service is displayed by extreme patience with a client. I've experienced this with Dr. Patel and his kind staff. Keep up your good work.

From the first entrance into the office to my most recent followup apt (1 month out) my experience with Mann Eye has been incredible. Never been treated so well at an office and truly felt like they cared and welcomed me into their family :) They were timely, courteous, and did a great job! The entire "surgery" for my lasik seems like it lasted less than 5 minutes and I was in and out of the office within about an hour! I went home and took a nap and was fine just a little dry but the drops helped tremendously. Following day I could see 20/20 and about a week later I was at 20/15! Best decision ever! Would highly recommend the surgery to anyone who is a candidate! Thank you to my power team~Dr. Paul Mann, Roland Leon, Alyssa Flores, Mirta Ford, and Connie Busicchia!!!!!
