First things first: I got my lasic here about 4 years ago and if I have inly the best memories about that. I wouldn't have come back otherwise. It was actually a very easy thing to do, no pain at all and they managed to get me in and out without any fear. So, with my good experience in mind, I bring my whole family there for their eye exam. It's really a pleasure to go there! Holly at the front desk always has a warm welcome and is perfectly prepared, knows our copay etc. and she explains everything very well. I find this especially important since I had bad experiences with that at a different eye doctor.Today I came in with my two teens. Stacy, Sandra and Mary took great care of each of us in different rooms. The rooms are always clean and nice (I've seen otherwise at doctors office next to Walmart, that's why I mention it) and the exam was very professional and friendly. Dr. Tan is fantastic! He is so nice and he explaines everything to my kids, even lets them take a look into my dilated eyes which they found very exciting. I once more left the office with all questions answered and the good feeling that everyone got the best care. I can highly recommend them to anyone!

I would give 5 stars for Dr Chin & her staff who has really helped improve my dry eyes. However, i give 1 star for my botox experience. It sounded like a good deal at $150 per area. a week after my first treatment i realized there were areas that were not correct (crooked eyes & big frown lines) and called immediately to be touched up/fixed. I went to the clinic on 3 different occasions to have botox fixed but every time they didn't have the supplies. So not only did i lose all that work time/$ traveling back & forth to false appointments, i had to be seen for 5 weeks with crazy eyebrows & frown. Today they finally gave me my touch up to fix the original treatment & i was charged @$160--- they charged me for their initial mistake-- how is that ethical??. And i still dont know if the touch-ups worked (too early to tell). I'll continue to see dr chin for dry eyes, but Lesson learned-- let dermatologists do cosmetic procedures as they take care of u if mistake/touchups are needed (& they have consistent supplies)

Deciding to undertake a corrective eye procedure is a daunting process, and all of the staff are knowledgeable, amiable, and take their time to explain thoroughly. I was very anxious about the procedure, and with their knowledge and support I felt confident in my decision and the treatment I would receive. I am a staunch advocate for customer support, and they exceed my expectations. No small feat. I highly recommend them to my family, friends, and anyone considering a corrective procedure.

I'm so happy with my LasiK result, here at sugar land location! Next day after my procedure, my vision is 20/15! How wonderful it is! Everyone should get Lasik! My surgeon is Dr. Wright and I love Dr. Tan for his pre-and-post op and my dry-eye treatment! Thank You! Thank you all the staffs for their excellent service as well !
