    Seems like every year they have new computer systems that do not retain patients insurance information. Other than that hassle, Dr Patel is competent and knowledgeable and explains things very well. His assistant is also a pleasure to work with.

    I have seen Dr. Wright, Dr. Tan, and Dr. Burr over the past few years at the Sugar Land office and am very impressed with their expertise, their caring attitude, and their ability to convey information so that I could understand. My most recent visit was with Dr. Burr for the first time and I enjoyed her warm friendliness along with her knowledge. I most definitely would recommend any one of these three doctors for simple eye exams or surgery, or complicated eye problems. They are wonderful!

    The Humble, TX office was clean and bright and all of the medical caregivers were professional and polite The doctor was excellent and identified a couple of eye diagnosis that I had never been told before. He shared information and details openly and gave proper attention to my personal needs while making a treatment plan which will result in cataract surgery. I recommend!

    I highly recommend getting LASIK at Mann. The staff were great and I had a quick recovery. I would not, however, recommend them for your routine eye care. Both times Ive been to the north location Ive had to wait an hour to be seen despite scheduling my appointments in advance. Its also hard to reach out to ask questions (have to go through a chat bot to maybe get to someone).Edit: added a star because they waived my imaging fee to make up for the wait time. The staff are great. I hope they can do something to make things more efficient!
