This was the most pleasant eye appointment Ive had in my entire life. Let me tell you why...br1) The staff is cheerful and helpful. When was the last time you dealt with medical staff that qualified as either of those things? You can tell theyre treated well.br2) They didnt try to sell me on unnecessary tests. They also made sure I understood that one specific test may not be covered by my insurance, and confirmed the out of pocket cost I may be billed for, prior to doing the test.br3) Dr. Tremblay was professional, easy to talk to, and didnt try to sell me on any of the lens upgrades that Ive been told I needed in the past. And its not that my eyes are getting better. Id not had them tested in 5-6 years so we all know I dont magically not need Prism in my glasses now. He also told me he didnt think I needed contacts or even full time vision correction whereas my last one used scare tactics so get me to buy them (which I never used).br4) No one tried to get me to buy my glasses from them. This has never happened with any eye doctors that Ive seen in the past. I actually ended up going to Warby Parker in the Domain and getting my glasses for $95 out the door in just a 15 minute visit. brbrI highly recommend Mann Eye and Ill definitely be returning next year for my annual check up. Especially now that I know my annual check ups will actually be affordable. :)

My whole family uses Mann - Katy every year and we would not go anywhere else. Had my last appt. on 1/14/19 and as usual, it was great. From walking in to walking out, the whole experience is smooth, friendly, and stress free. I always see Dr. Turk and she is as good as it gets. Always helpful, always listens and doesnt make you feel like you are just a number trying to get through. The rest of the team is the same way. Susie, Karen and Megan were awesome and I highly recommend this place and these folks for eye care. Great service and professionalism every time!

Maggie was fantastic! I havent had an eye exam in at least 10 years. Im also not a fan of doctors offices but they made me feel relaxed and I actually enjoyed the visit.

My experience has been wonderful with the exception of the finance aspect. I met with finance ahead of time to ensure that all the doctors and surgery centers were in-network on my insurance. I was assured they were. No one ever told me that the anesthesiologists were not in-network. I ended up with a $1600 unexpected bill.
