    Mann Eye completely changed my life. I went from being practically blind to better than 20/20 vision in a matter of a week. The doctors are extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. Even the staff at Mann Eye are first rate, very personable and friendly. The actual lasik procedure was completely painless and only took a matter of minutes. This place really does care about their patients, even after 6 months they still schedule post check ups to see the progress of my vision. The facilities are very clean and comfortable as well.<br><br>I was hesitant to use a Groupon, which Mann Eye offered, on my own eyeballs but I really ended up saving a lot of money in the end. I highly recommend this place if you're considering getting lasik eye surgery.

    After wearing glasses/contacts for 17 years I was thrilled to get LASIK. Mann Eye Institute was highly recommended by a few friends of mine so I decided to choose them for my LASIK procedure. Everything about the process was absolutely Perfect!! Dr. Wright performed the operation and I am amazed at how perfect my vision is. Dr. Wright and the team (Tina & Laurie) in the room made me feel comfortable the whole time and talked me through everything. I was so suprised that Dr. Wright called on a Friday evening to personally make sure I was doing okay AND he was there at 8am on a Saturday for follow up appointments. Even before the operation date everything was great. Ashley & Jamie worked with my busy schedule to make sure I got the appointments scheduled when I needed and also made getting prepared for that day so easy. I am very impressed with everyone at Mann Eye. From the time you walk in the door until you see the Doctor, everyone is friendly, professional and happy to help. I will recommend Mann Eye institute to all of my coworkers, family and friends that are still wearing glasses or contacts. THANK YOU for making this happen for me, I could not be happier!-Brooke

    I received the most excellent care possible by Dr. Mike Mann and his Staff. I was a bit worried about having cataract surgery but Dr. Mann and all the staff put me at ease and the surgery went quick and pain free. I walked out of the eye center being able to see crystal clear again. I can't Thank Dr. Mann and his staff enough for such a wonderful experience, plus restoring my vision. If your worried or apprehensive about having eye surgery and want the best care possible, then go to Mann Eye Institute!

    I really did not enjoy my visit to this doctor or group of doctors. First, the woman I booked my appt with said somebody would call me to confirm that my insurance covered the visit. They never did and I forgot that they were supposed to, but when I arrived the woman at the front desk told me it was too late to call Aetna - was dismissive until I insisted I couldn't pay for everything if that was going to be the case - she kind of apologized that they'd dropped the ball and did end up looking up my coverage. Only the exam. After a sizeable wait (20-30 min), a man took me back for preliminary examination - he was extremely rushed. They didn't even ask if I wanted to be dilated (like other places have), but put drops in my eyes without telling me what they were for - I was unable to read anything for the next three hours which totally ruined my plans for the evening. I was passed off to the official doctor (Kovoor) - who was fine but also pretty impersonal. As he was walking me out, I asked whether he had also written a prescription for contacts for me. He hesitated and begged a woman in the hall to do a contact exam on me (Jhaver) - they made me feel like I had inconvenienced them but I wondered why they hadn't asked that during the initial booking if it was a big deal. Jhaver's bedside manner was totally bizarre. Every statement she made felt like chastisement. She disapproved of my previous prescription. She disapproved of the brand of contacs I like and have worn for years. She flipped through the 1? or 2? options so quickly and with such a lack of clarity (this one? that one? how about this one?), I'm not even convinced she was doing anything. Maybe she's just got an odd personality but she made me feel like I had done something wrong - although I have no idea what it was - overall, the feeling I got was that the office is totally disorganized and not interested in customer service.
