Mann Eye Institute was recommended to me by a family member and I was impressed after reading their online reviews. It was very easy to schedule a LASIK consultation and the Katy office is nice, clean, and organized. The staff is friendly and the appointments are structured so that your waiting time is split up into smaller chunks, which pass fairly quickly.I had an extensive list of questions both pre- and post-surgery, and everyone I worked with (Shawn, Sarah, Dorothy, Dr. Turk, and Dr. Paul Mann) took as much time with me as necessary to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. I never felt like they were rushing to get somewhere else.The process from start to finish was pretty seamless and the timeline was exactly what I wanted. It's been more than 2 months since I had LASIK and I could not be happier with the results! There is nothing like being able to see clearly every time you open your eyes, and I can't imagine going back to the hassle of dealing with glasses and contacts. I highly recommend getting LASIK here.

Once again I received excellent care from the team of friendly technicians and Dr. Brunson. I even required a little extra help understanding my insurance coverage and between their staff and my insurance agent, we were able to iron that out when I arrived for my appointment. They went above and beyond. The care and attention I receive not only give me confidence in their diagnosis and recommendations for my eyes, but also that I understand payment for their care, which can be very confusing and anxiety inducing.

An inclredible place. The place is very clean and staff very professional and friendly. I noticed how the staff spent enough time with patients to make sure what is going on. I love the way the staff disinfected the equipment before I place my face on it. I also love that the Institute not only has Eye doctors, but there are also Ophthalmologists, and optometrists and they take many insurance and willing to work with your insurances . Love the place.
