HiThis review is posted 2 weeks late. Everyone here is super awesome and very helpful.I want to give a special shout out to 'wendy' at Mann Eye who fixed my son's glasses the same day even though it was closer to their store closure time.A+ for the customer service.

I had Lasik done here 10 years ago and it was the best. However, my eyes have shifted and I called to get an appointment to try out contacts. I was told I needed an entirely new, full appointment even though it had only been 7 months. I had them schedule me with a doctor, went to my appointment, and while I was paying, realized I did not have a prescription for contacts, only bi-focals. I was told that the doctor could not prescribe contacts and I would need to schedule another appointment with their optometrist. $180 and two hours later, I still had no contact prescription, when that is all I wanted. I have been waiting to hear back from the office about the email I sent them about this, but it seems I will keep waiting.
