Dr Binder did an amazing job on my left eye, which I cut while acting like a kid in the woods. It was very painful; very sensitive to light and had to be covered with an eye patch for a day until my visit with Dr Binder. Within 10 mins he had my eye feeling good. I could open it. It wasnt as sensitive to light and was pain free. He was very informative during my visit. I no longer needed the eye patch after my visit him. Very personable. Wonderful visit. 5 stars. Thanks Dr Binder.

Picture this, I set my alarm for 8 am, it goes off, I say #34;Eh I can snooze a couple a times and make it in time for my 9 am consultation.#34; I wake up at 9:05. #34;Well there goes your appointment Ben, and now you get to beat yourself up for taking up their time and business.#34; I call Mann Eye Institute and Chris or Deborah at the front desk were so kind and let me know it#39;s okay and we can reschedule. I ask if there is any way to get in today. They said they would check even though they were booked up. They let me know I could get in at 10 am!brbrI arrive and am greeted by Chris and Deborah at the front desk. They let me know that it is okay I missed my 9 am appointment and that they are glad I#39;m here now. Very professional and nice, good vibes.brbrAfter I wait for a short period of time, Elvia my tech comes and gets me. Let me tell you, she is a master at her craft and guides me through each of the machines, letting me know about what each of them do. I commented about her glasses after she said her husband had Lasik, and she said she#39;s getting Lasik tomorrow. I#39;m excited for her. Very friendly and professional.brbrNext up, after waiting for a short period of time again (remember I missed my original appointment), I#39;m taken back to see Dr. Cessac. She just had a cool vibe about her, the kind of vibe that let me know I could relax and be myself. Again, just so cordial and professional, guiding me through each step and giving me some positive affirmations when doing the eye tests (even though I wasn#39;t acing the tests). She was very patient as I went through the questions I had (didn#39;t have my morning coffee, so took a while to remember them).brbrNext, after waiting for a short period again I see Kim the counselor. Very affable, friendly, and professional. She gave me all the information I needed with a booklet about the doctors, the pricing, and the discounts (very reasonably priced). She answered any questions I had and let me know what to expect before, during, and after the procedure, giving me insight and details about the steps.brbrLastly, I was taken back to Chris amp; Deborah at the front desk again, which was a nice treat as I enjoyed their presence and chatted a little bit. The consultation was free and they let me know again not to worry about missing my original appointment.brbrThis place has an awesome staff, so professional and so friendly! One of the best places if not the best place I have checked out and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering getting Lasik. If you are considering Lasik, even just a little bit, do yourself a favor and just schedule a consultation (it#39;s free) with Mann Eye Institute, their staff will impress, you will have an awesome experience, and the staff will win you over.brbrThank y#39;all so much for this morning! My appointment was 3/20/23. It has been a month. I usually get these a lot sooner.All of my visits are great. Very little waiting. The staff is very attentive and professional. I definitely recommend Mann Eye in Katy.
