10/10 overall experience was smooth and they calm you down if your nervous and before surgery they give you like relaxing medicine so I was big chilling. The doctors are cool the staff is friendly too. The building itself should speak for itself its incredible.

The whole process was pretty easy and set up quickly. They will even set up follow up appointments with your optometrist, which was neat. Everyone was really friendly. Josh, the counseler, was very nice and Deborah and Chris on the front desk were good sports about my random Texas facts.I was a bit unnerved once the actual procedure started. Even with the numbing drops, the pressure they warned me about was incredibly uncomfortable. However, Valerie held my hand during the procedure, which really helped. (The teddy bear they give you is a nice gesture, but wasnt helpful to me.) The other techs, Arissa and Andi, where counting down during the process, which also helped. Dr. Mike Mann was the doc doing the procedures that day, which I thought was cool.The recovery was a b****. The 2-4 hour nap they tell you to take is no joke. I went to sleep feeling like my eyes had been sliced open (hahahaha) but I was fine once I woke up. Seriously, though, take the nap. Yikes.Im a week out as I write this review. I still have some glare, mostly at night with headlights, but, otherwise, I can see pretty well. I was almost seeing 20/15 the day after, so Id say the operation was a success. If you have the financial means to do so, I would definitely recommend it. If youre sensitive and cant tolerate things touching your eyeballs, maybe stick with glasses.

I have been under the care of Mary T Green, MD for 30 years. She is the sweetest, kindest, EXCELLENT DOCTOR! I am nervous about who I will see when she retires. She is simply the BEST!!!

Seems like every year they have new computer systems that do not retain patients insurance information. Other than that hassle, Dr Patel is competent and knowledgeable and explains things very well. His assistant is also a pleasure to work with.
