Knowledgeable and professional service except for scheduling disruption caused by one person. The front desk does not need to change appointments for treatment plans already in the system. Whoever did this moved two of my appointments for treatment which would make the treatment plan unacceptable and not meet the guidelines established for treatment . This created total stress for the staff and myself because I drove for over an hour and paid toll fees to get there on time only to be told I did not have an appointment. The staff did help me to get my treatment but everyone's schedule was pressured including mine so I had to cancel other appointments because of the delay.

Everyone was very helpful during my visit for my lasik screening, Anne at the front desk was very kind and helpful and Courtney had offered me refreshments. Mallory, Dani, and Dr. Beavers did my exam and told me I was an excellent candidate for lasik! I ended up booking my lasik appointment with the counselor Haley! They have a wide array of glasses and sunglasses which Sarah was able to guide me to find the right sunglasses for me after I get my lasik! Such a warm and welcoming experience I am confident to say this will be my eye doctor to help me with all my vision needs! They also have Dr. Patel who is a Therapeutic Optometrist and Orran the optician at this office for any of your vision needs.
