I was referred here by my PCP and saw Dr. Anne Fung. She was really patient and helpful, and I didn't have to wait too long to be seen. Hopefully I won't have to go here again but I'd recommend Dr. Fung for anyone in need of a good eye doctor.

What you want to know: The people here are friendly and knowledgeable. Great staff! Dr. Fung is awesome! What you really want to know: The wait is insane. A half hour in, they dilated my pupils and sent me back out into the waiting room. I tried to read, but my eyes were blurring fast. I was able to get a few texts off before everything went out of focus. My numb eyeballs sat bored watching blurry people walk around the lobby for AN HOUR before I got up to ask wtf. They say i'm up next. After another 15 minutes they waved me in and stashed me in the doctor's office with a, "she'll be right with you". Lies. After spinning her chair around with my feet for a HALF AN HOUR while looking around at blurry equipment and plastic cross-sections of eyeballs, and listening to doctors making small talk in the hallway, she comes in and acts all cheery. She tested my peepers and told me that migraines can be beautiful?! Again. Nicest people in the world. I felt confident in their skills and was happy to find that I have perfectly healthy lookin' balls. But I was there for 2.5 hours while they did 15 minutes of work. I don't appreciate having my time wasted, and no one thought to acknowledge it. I would hesitate to come back for that reason.

I want to enter a strong positive review for Pacific Eye Associates, and Dr. Anne Fung in particular. In a very difficult period for me both physically and financially, they gave me top-quality care. Dr. Fung is a saint, not only caring for patients but also training other top-flight doctors to understand her approaches and techniques. She's as good as it gets, in human as well as medical terms.

I was having horrible eye pain all day. Pacific Eye Associates were able to fit me into the busy schedule 1.5 hours after I called. Dr. Thomas King explained everything that was going on and told me exactly what to do. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. He is a great eye doctor.
