Dr. Charlson is extremely well qualified and very personable, easy to talk with about your medical issue. She is a really good listener as well. I highly recommend Dr. Charlson.

They are a very busy office but they have an obvious system down pat that flows really well. I needed an eye exam and also needed to see one of their eye specialists. (I needed to see two different Drs. at the same appointment.) The person that scheduled me was able to find this type of appointment with only a week's wait for me. Everyone I encountered was professional, efficient and pleasant. It's been like this for me every time I have had an appointment. After the exam, my eyes needed to be dilated for the retina specialist to take a look. What it meant was I needed to sit in the waiting area again while my eyes dilated. One of the technicians brought me into an empty room and dimmed the lights for a more comfortable waiting period. Thanks for doing that! Their retina specialist is wonderful-I'm thankful to have him. I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours with good news and will see them again in 2 years. There are all kinds of COVID-19 protections in place--I felt safe and I'm sure the staff did too.

Emily Sarah Charlson is that kind of doctor who in every sense is the Doctor with a capital letter. Talented and professional in her field with high level of ethical standards and amazing personality provide the care that I was looking for many many years. Im absolutely sure that every single patient is really important to Dr. Charlson and Im really happy being her patient.

Dr. Chalson is beyond wonderful. So knowledgeable, kind and caring. She's the best doctor ever! I cannot recommend her enough! Seriously an incredible doctor! Thank goodness, especially during these times!
