Even though I had two additional services: visual acuity and retina snapshots, The visit only lasted an hour and 15 minutes.Additionally I need to thank a lab tech named Jerry as he taught me a new way to administer my drops. Every time I have done them since I began this in the 1980s I flinch when I have to put drops in the eyes. Its a reflex action and when you do it all when I do it I resist it!Please let Jerry know that the closed Eye method is phenomenal. It will change the way I continue with my treatment from this point forward.Dr Reader also answered all my questions and even though I thought I flunked the tests :-) he said everythings fine

Dr Linn is wonderful. With such a busy office, you need to be patient with getting to know your Dr and the staff. I have never been in a Drs office that has a greeter, and never seen so many patients waiting to be called. Nevertheless I only waited a reasonable amount of time, after which I had the most thorough eye examine of my life--when it's your vision, you want thoroughness. Billy Kwong is great, but again, demanding instant response or answers never works. After three visits I had a real connection to Dr Linn. Surgery tomorrow. I am so glad my 30 year optometrist referred me to Pacific Eye
