My appointment was for 4:20pm. I didn't leave the office until 5:50pm. The doctor (Anne Fong) I had a scheduled appointment with was running 1.5 hours late. I sat and waited for a bit. Then, I was told that another doctor (Dr. So) would meet with me. I liked that I didn't have to wait over an hour to see the doctor like the other two people, but still... He was great and nice. Gave me some drops.

I have never had any eye situations but recently experienced a weird eye situation, necessitating an appointment. I called on Friday and was able to be seen late afternoon, same day at 4:-something PM. Dr. Fung was a delightful blend-- intelligent and personable-- what I like about my friends who happen to be doctors in various medical fields. I would highly recommend this clinic, especially Dr. Fung, to those in any eye-care situation. Luckily, I won't be back (I hope) but if I had to be, this is where I'd go. Sending my husband... maybe my brother, if he keeps putting guitar stings in his cornea.....

I had my appointment today I'm ohhhh so angry about the long wait. I called in the morning and asked for an appointment for the irritated tired red eyes, They asked if I wanted to come in the same day at 3:10. The person on the phone did say that I shouldn't expect 3:10 exactly, might be 3:20. Ok fine I can wait 10 minutes, right? I get there at 3:05, wait in line until 3:20 to get to the receptionist. The nurse takes me in pretty quickly and after the checkup brings me back to the reception area saying it will be just a minute before the doctor sees me. (The doctor was Anne Fung.) Well, it's 4:00 then 4:10, then 4:20. At that point I go to the reception and tell them that I was waiting for over an hour, what is going on. They tell me they're very behind, sorry, etc. 5 minutes later I go again and ask them to reschedule me. At that point the receptionist takes my chart and goes into the doctor's office. She comes out saying that they'd see me now. Ok, I'm already late for everything so I resign. The nurse comes out, takes me to the room and leaves there for another 10 min. While waiting there I come out and ask the nurse who's sitting browsing the internet why do I have to wait that long. She actually tells me that I had an emergency and they accomodated me by fitting me between the patients. Well, I didn't ask for it. If I knew i'd have to wait 1.5 hrs, I'd never gone there. Her response is "don't blame me". Eventually Anne Fung did show up and said she was sorry blah-blah. I think she spent on me 3 min total if not less. I'm sure when my bill comes, it's going to be scary. I wish I could deduct the wait penalty.

I can't actually speak for the quality of care here, as I never was able to see the doctor, but like other reviewers, I was billed for services not received, and despite my bringing the issue to their attention the matter was not resolved. It always disappoints and surprises me when a business puts short-term profits ahead of long term customer happiness and referral business. I would recommend going elsewhere.

This review is for my experience of having a cyst removed by Dr. Stuart Seiff. My appointment was for 4:30 p.m. I arrived around 4:15 p.m. I waited and waited. I was the last patient left in the waiting room. The girls in the office even kicked me out (brought me to a room in the back) because they were having a bridal shower for someone in the waiting room! I wasn't seen until past 6 p.m. The procedure hurt like hell. The doctors and their assistants were talking about another patient while they were working on me (no names were mentioned, but still, I can hear you!) which I though was very unprofessional. Two stars because my cyst is gone and it healed nicely.
