Pacific Eye Associates information assistance is by far the worst I have ever experienced! Good luck on getting a medication refill.

So incredibly disappointed in their care of their patients and their treatment of their "patients" after a very specialized doctor left abruptly, leaving many patients in the lurch with serious conditions, and they now just refuse to provide any type of assistance during the transition. Including following an existing treatment plan in the transition. Finding a doctor with the specialization area of the doctor who left is excessively difficult as it is a extremely specialized area, not to mention finding one who takes the same insurance. I very strongly DO NOT in any way recommend this office to anyone and very much caution them for anything beyond very basic eye care services at most.

This place is like a cattle factory. Long lines, long delays, crowded and inefficient waiting room. All would have been tolerable had the doctors been better. Dr. Danny Lin was in a rush, talked down to my parent (who is an MD herself!) and brushed off questions about different lens replacement options. We'll be canceling the appointment and going somewhere else.

I wish I had read all these 1-star reviews before making an appointment. Here's another one to add to the list...I will start by saying my experience with the staff was pleasant. They get 5 stars. This review is not about them. My complaint is against the physician they scheduled me with.Dr. Charlson barely spent 90 seconds examining my eye before shrugging her shoulders and declaring she didn't see any problems. When I asked follow up questions related to the reason I was referred she became visibly frustrated. When I asked her to bring her assistant into the room so we can discuss some findings during the intake exam, she practically stormed out of the room like a teenager. I have never seen a physician act in such a disrespectful manner towards a patient. If they assign Dr. Charlson to you, ask for a different doctor. She doesn't want to help you get better. She's just there for the easy cases.
