Don't count on this office calling you back or following up on a visit.visual online visit just never happened!

The layout of the office makes the visit confusing with people walking around calling names. A better system would be a large single areawhere one could watch a video screen with current news events and see their name appear with a request to report to a given area to see their doctor. i came an hour before my appointment and did not see my doctor until thirty minutes after the appointment time. It would have been nice to watch the news while waiting.
