Last year I had my exam at Paso. The technicians did not care about my concerns. They did not test my vision without my glasses and at the end I got about 39 seconds with the physician. Then upon reading my chart notes found them to be falsified coding tests and discussions that were not. Today I went to a different office in their chain and arrived on time as requested, when I was informed the doctor was running 35-60 minutes behind. Rather than wait in the crowded waiting room I chose my car. After waiting 20 minutes discovered the doctor was just arriving in the parking lot. When I went back in to reschedule I was treated with disrespect and told it's my responsibility to call to see if the doctor is running on time. Really? As a licensed medical professional myself I've never heard of such a thing. Utter disregard for patients and their resources, and rude staff playing power trips. Seriously if you can, find another practice.

I liked Dr Lin. This office is a haven for Russian and Asians and whites. If you fall into any of these categories you will be treated very well (unlike other places maybe). However, as I am a child of Mexican immigrants, I noticed there was no Mexican-American doctors for my category. I felt sad that I didnt speak Chinese or Russian but thats life. I did receive excellent care from Dr Lin and recommend him.

Dr. Lin is an excellent and skillful surgeon. He performed a successful eye surgery for my wife that was life changing. Under his care, my wife received expert care! Of all the physicians we've encountered, he ranks at the top.
