I have been a patient of Dr. So since 2011. He was my surgeon for cataract surgery on both eyes January 2012. Best thing I ever did.... I have been seeing him ever since.

They don't care about the patient experience here. You have to schedule separate appointments on different dates if you want to be seen by an ophthalmologist and by an optometrist. So, if you want an eye check up and a glass prescription, you have to come back twice! The reason they provide is that insurance doesn't allow them to bill for the two services the same day. It sounds like an scam to me.

On top of that, I came back to my second appointment with the optometrist, and I get here to find out that the doctor cancelled the appointment and send me a letter, that I never received. No call, no text, no email, a letter!
