Very disappointing. Very unprofessional. Dr. Ai was loaned a book, a family heirloom written by my great grandfather, and he seems to have "misplaced" it, and cannot return it. This is what I was told by a staff member after over a year of phone calls and emails trying to track down Dr. Ai, to speak with him regarding the book's whereabouts. He has yet to acknowledge any of this. I am only hearing through his staff. Pathetic and so unprofessional.

Oxford is really uninterested in her patients. She prescribes medication without looking at the patients chart to check for allergies. Reckless and heartless

Got a referral from a work colleague. Tried multiple times to get through via phone to make an appointment. Each time the phone quickly kicks over to a "all operators must be busy" message that asks you to "leave a detailed message" "that will be returned soon" after they free up. Well they never bother to return those detailed messages. Very unprofessional medical group. I could imagine how frustrating it would be to be a patient of theirs.

Dr Oxford is amazing. She is no nonsense in her demeanor but she is a very good and very thorough Doctor....and when it comes to your eyesight that is all that matters to me. I have found Dr Oxford and her office to always be very punctual and caring. Only downside is every appointment is a 60 copay....so much for the affordable care act. Small price to pay for a great doctor though. Highly recommend
