Dr. Scott So is just so rude especially to seniors. If you ask him to repeat something, he will insist that you are deaf or have comprehension problems.I wish he showed more compassion & understanding to the elders who are his patients. It's difficult enough having vision problems, but to be spoken to in a harsh way by Dr. So creates unnecessary stress. I truly would like to appreciate him but his bedside manners are not appropriate. Maybe he will change when he ages & has vision problems.

Every appointment needs 2-3 hours because the waiting time is one + hours. Don't go there if you are not retired.

I had a good experience here. Dr. Yeh was very nice. As was the tech who saw me first. I didn't have to wait long. Parking is pretty easy in the underground garage. No complaints.

This review is for Dr. Zeidi. I took my dad there last year and he was wonderful. Patient and pleasant. My brother is an ophthalmologist and he was on the phone with us. Dr. Zeidi explained everything very well and we felt reassured about my dad's glaucoma. The front desk staff ( a woman) was extremely rude and abrupt though. I don't take a star off for as it isn't Dr. Zeus I'd fault. Im in medical field myself and feel bad when the hard work of the rest of the team gets tarnished by one rude person.
