Our visit today at P.E.A was nothing short of amazing. They are located at the Sutter health building at the corner of Webster street. I was bringing my mom for a visit for the first time and we needed to get a referral from her primary. Since the primary's referral wasn't accurate, P.E.A contacted the primary themselves to take care of the issue, then recommended the right physician, checked the schedules and called me back to confirm the appointment. Their process was so efficient and saved us lots of time. We got in about 30 minutes early and were handed sign-in sheets. They were quite busy but called us in after 5 minutes. The appointment was with Dr. Zeidi. He was a wonderful listener and very caring. I knew that my mom is in wonderful hands. I definitely recommend this center specially Dr. Zeidi.

The lenses company that Pacific Eye Associates used for my Rx glasses (determined by my health insurance company) lost my frames. Matthew did everything possible to make it right. I was skeptical - You know when people tell you, "we'll do our best" - I'm never sure if they really mean it, or if they will just clock out at the end of their shift, letting my case just sit, unresolved (and then they call me to let me know, "we did our best, but..." Well, that's not Matthew. He did everything possible and then some to make it right by me. I am 150% satisfied. Hell! Go ahead lose another frame! Seriously, pray that something doesn't go wrong, but if it does, be smart and be a patient at Pacific Eye Associate so that Matthew can make it right and you'll be like me - smiling and happy and completely jazzed. Also, ask for ***Amy***. Amy will measure your eyeballs in relationship to the lenses - even if the Rx isn't for a progressive. The most experienced optician will take the time to do what Amy does. If your optician tell you that they only measure for progressives, RUN! Dr. Inger was also a jewel, making sure that my Rx was done correctly after the lenses came back. Be patient, courteous, and show some understanding, because these folk at Pacific Eye Associate care and will give you their all. I'm referring my colleagues and friends to Pacific Eye Associates, and I am super fortunate that I found them!
