I highly recommend optometrist Laura Inger. I've recently had some serious issues & complications with my glasses and vision. She was extraordinarily generous with her time and extremely helpful. She was able to analyze the situation and recommend the right course of action. I appreciated her thoroughness and extensive knowledge and expertise.

They recently sent me to collections for a "medical procedure" (read: routine eye exam) from 2010 (!!!) that was covered by my insurance.

When they initially billed me in 2010, I supposedly cleared this up with them twice, but they are still trying to collect on this fraudulent debt.

Speaking of that eye exam - I'd gone on recommendation from my optometrist at the time. After getting the exam, the doctor noted that their machines weren't as sophisticated as the optometrist that had initially directed me to them.

Not the finest bunch - and now I'm stuck trying to fight this fraudulent debt.

I would advise avoiding Pacific Eye Associates.

Dr Limschedules 10-12 people at the same time as a result one waits hours to see himadditionally I had cataract surgery with him and my eyes have never felt right since then: the scar tissue at place of inserting the new lenses is so thick on both eyes that I see parenthesis in my field of vision; I'm afraid the factory attitude of the office carried over into the surgery room.I am in the process of trying to rectify what was done. And when I went to my optometrist for glasses, I was informed that they no longer refer patients to Pacific Eye Associates.
