My son and daughter have used Dr. King. He is attentive and efficient. On the other hand, the administrative staff is BAD! They refuse to fax prescritpions, They oten make me regive insurance information even though they already have it. I have not called the office five times and still no release of prescritipons. The offices needs to clean up the admin staff before I could recommend this group.

I had an appointment here about a month ago, It was my first time. Let me start by saying they have a beautiful fish tank in the front waiting room, and I could stand there for hours just staring at them. Next the front desk. It looks like these ladies go through a lot up there. Some patients are a lot older and hard of hearing, but they manage to keep their calm and be pleasent and nice. I had the great pleasure of speaking with Suzanne, who is the most wonderful friendly girl. She is also the front desk manager. After Suzanne checked me in and out, she referred me to buying glasses in their optical department. They have a great selection of glasses, but I will admit they are a little overpriced. But I had a wonderful speaking with the two gentalmen in the back there. Carl and Dustin. Carl was very patient with me, as I didnt really know what it was i was looking for and was pretty much starting from scratch. He gave great feedback, and we had a great conversation about Europe and Mexico. Though I didn't end up getting glasses, I had a great time and experience and I thank that office for a painless Dr. appointment.

i had an appt at 4pm. i didn't see the doctor until 6:15 pm. i was trying not to get heated (it's unproductive and it's not like you'll get better service anyway) but couldn't help it when i had to leave to re-feed the meter two times. the doctor apologized to me very discreetly (as though he was used to being late). gathering all the bad reviews about the wait time, these guys really need to re-evaluate their scheduling system. they took a picture of my eyes with a point and shoot digital camera (i swear i have the same one at home). the bill came and they charged me $75 for the "external ocular photo!" really??? my 8 year old nephew could have taken it for me for free! the doctor was a nice guy, seemed knowledgeable and had a good bedside manner, so i give him stars for that. my tip is that if you must go here, try to get the first appt of the day so you're not wasting hours waiting.
