I have an eye disease called keratoconus that's can't be treated by most eye doctors. Luckily Doctor King who's btw the coolest eye doctor I've been to knows a thing or two about the disease. I brought in my old prescription that my previous doctor prescribed ,Doctor King worked around it and gave it a few tweets. I have insurance but I knew I was going to have to pay an additional $900-1000 for the contacts since they're hard lenses and I have to see a specialist. I'm so thankful for their receptionist Lisa who went out of her way to see if my insurance had additional perks and it did. My contacts were completely covered with and she got me my money back from the first receptionist I went to. Come to find out I was only supposed to pay for my specialist, I was paying to see an optometrist and a specialist. Thanks you so much Lisa, I will never forget you.

I call Scott So.... Dr. So Wonderful for good reason. I had an unusual dual early cataract and early glaucoma nightmare that Dr. So Wonderful treated surgically with efficiency, comfort, expertise and 100% success. The office is very busy, but the staff and Dr. So are so worth it. I am grateful to them every day that I wake up and open my eyes.

I have gone to this office for an ophthalmic exam annually for over twenty years. I have found the experience pleasant at every visit. The operation is friendly and efficient and utterly professional. Recently I called in the morning because I had flashes in the corner of my right eye. They got me in that day to see Dr. Sung. She examined my eye, told me I have a tear in my retina and that she would treat it that very day with lasers. She did so. It was a bit like star wars in my eyeball but only for a couple of minutes. I got a follow up a week later and all was well. Then I noticed a few days thereafter I had a lot of new floaters in the treated eye. It was the weekend and I called the doctor on call. He got back to me within twenty minutes of my having left a message with the service. Long story short I came in urgently again on Tuesday and saw Dr. Zaidi, who did a thorough exam and said I was fine. i used to see Dr. Ai, then Dr. Fung. Now I have seen Dr. Sung and Dr. Zaidi. They are polite, warm, informative, efficient, respectful and provide top-notch care. The medical staff all have extremely impressive educations, having gone to the top schools of Ophthalmology in the country. I count myself wildly fortunate to have this caliber of treatment just an Uber ride and a copay away. Unfortunately too many people have nothing approaching this level of care.

Not a review for the ophthalmology department but for the eyewear/optician dept. Impossible to reach a live person, I've left two detailed messages over the last month for a callback to reorder some eyewear for my son. Not a word back. I have no time for businesses that don't want my business. I'll go elsewhere.
