Tried their Clam Bake special. It was overcooked and over salted. My wife had their Lazy Man's Lobster and she stated that the lobster roll she had earlier that day from a stand at the Portland Headlands Lighthouse had more lobster in it and tasted better. We both had their blueberry cobbler ala mode. The ice cream was good but it really wasn't a "cobbler".<br><br>All in all a disappointing and underwhelming experience from the food standpoint. The ambiance and service were acceptable, however.. I would be surprised if any of the "locals" go there to eat.

Food was prompt, hot and delicious. Prices very reasonable... But this isn't the reason to go... Our Server "Nick" by farmed our experience top notch! Quick wits yet professional. stopped in for lunch here. Ordered broiled haddock and veggies. It was very good actually. The portion was small, but adequate. We had the bruschetta appetizer which was very good to split between two people. My company had a pasta dish which was excellent. All in all, I would recommend for lunch. Dinner looked pricey.

Wow. Thank you so much. I was there for a wedding rehearsal dinner on August 3rd, on the first trip with my new baby. The trip had been a nightmare- delayed planes, baby not sleeping, I had a fever of 102, and my baby was fussing at the dinner. The two lady servers were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I wish I remembered their names SO MUCH. They were so considerate, and when we decided to leave early, went out of their ways to set plates and box up food for us so we could still have something to eat. I really, really appreciated them. They didn't make me feel guilty or bad for having a squabbly baby in a nice restaurant (it's VERY nice), and were just so courteous. THANK YOU. Whoever your boss is, please, give these ladies a raise.
