    The food was fine but the service was not. We were here for two full hours with an inattentive waitress. This place is overrated.

    DeMillo's can sometimes get shade from locals for being a tourist trap; I went in with similar expectations, however, I loved my meal there. <br><br>I had been once before in the dead of winter and it had a slightly weird vibe, but coming back in September and sitting on the deck was delightful. <br><br>Our server was very nice and hustling to take care of all her tables. <br><br>Now, the important part, the food:<br>Bread & butter - good Italian bread served warm. It was devoured. <br>Clam chowder - lots of clams, good thickness<br>Mussels - really yummy and fresh. Sauce was bright yellow which I couldn't quite figure out, but taste was great. <br>Scallop sandwich - quite unique, pretty heavy. Fried scallops with bacon and cheese. Tasty. Scallops were perfectly cooked. <br>Calamari burger - great for a photo! Burger was cooked as requested and fries were delicious. <br>Lobster roll - for $22, it was a decent size and came with a side too. Lobster was fresh and mostly whole claws. They serve with brown butter mayo which was delicious. Good lobster roll! (Coming from a very picky lobster roll person) <br>Cheddar polenta - such a random side, and I love it!!<br>Affogato - also an "eiskaffee" auf Deutsch, this was wonderful. Hot espresso and vanilla ice cream<br>Blueberry cobbler - made with Maine blueberries and you can really tell. Cobbler topping could've been crisper, but if that's my only complaint of the meal... heh. <br><br>The lunch menu is quite reasonable for all the food. We got a LOT and the total was $118 for 3 people before tip. Not cheap, but for all the seafood and the view it was pretty great!

    Very good lobster mac n cheese. 45 minute wait at lunch but prompt service once seated. (Two cruise ships in town).
